Escondido, Calif. — An Escondido man who allegedly photographed up multiple women’s skirts inside a local retail store was arrested Thursday afternoon by Escondido police. — Juan Ramirez Chavez, 41, was taken into custody around 4 p.m. and charged with three counts including disorderly conduct, said Lt. Craig Carter with Escondido police. Nogales, Ariz. — A 55-year-old Mexican man from Nogales in Sonora has been arrested after more than 200 packages of marijuana were found in a tractor-trailer he was driving. — U.S. Customs and Border Protection says the man tried to enter the U.S. at the Nogales port of entry on Thursday with a shipment of tile. — Inspection officers found the marijuana hidden amid the tile.
