Mexican invader charged with 2nd felony DWI

Millbrook, NY — State troopers responded to a one-car rollover, personal-injury accident on State Route 82, south of South Shanks Road, in the Town of Washington early Saturday morning.  Investigation revealed that Urbano Carrillo, 49 and an [invader from Mexico] currently residing in Clinton Corners, was southbound on State Route 82 when he lost control of an SUV on the sleet-covered roadway.  The vehicle traveled onto the shoulder of the highway where it struck a ditch and rolled over into brush.  Carrillo fled the scene of the crash.  He was apprehended shortly afterward by troopers responding to the crash.  He declined medical attention for a minor laceration that he sustained during the accident from broken glass.  Troopers detected a strong odor of alcoholic beverage on Carrillo’s breath.  He was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated after failing a series of field sobriety tests… Read More
