Colombian invader arrested in ’07 Loudoun gang-related assault

A man was arrested in western Loudoun County [Va.] in connection with a 2007 gang assault, authorities said. — Victor Hernandez-Suaza, 23, of Colombia, was arrested Feb. 1 on charges of two counts of assault by mob and two counts of participating in a criminal act to benefit a gang, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. — Hernandez-Suaza is at the Loudoun County Detention Center without bond.
