Suspected invader indicted for rape of mentally challenged teen

A construction worker arrested after he allegedly had sex with a mentally challenged teen in a portable rest room at his work site was indicted Wednesday on a third-degree rape charge by a Madison grand jury. — Pablo Dejesus Martinez, 31, who listed a Berea motel as his address when arrested, also was indicted on two misdemeanor charges, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license. — On Aug. 27, Madison County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Martinez after personnel of an independent-living home reported the alleged rape to authorities. — The victim had gone outside the home for a walk when two Hispanic males stopped and forced her into their truck, according to Willard Reardon, sheriff’s office spokesperson… Read More
