A 24-year-old Port Chester man was driving without a license when his BMW collided with another car last week, according to Greenwich (Conn.) police. — Jose R. Flores was arrested Thursday after the crash, in which his car landed on a Byram River bank short of the water. Flores is accused of taking off after the collision, and now faces a detainer from Immigration and Customs Enforcement. — According to Greenwich Police Lt.
