Two Juniata County men face various charges after police said they were found with scrap metal stolen from Norfolk Southern last week and then snuck marijuana into the Perry County Prison. — State police at Newport said they stopped a vehicle driven by Jakee Lee Lindemuth, 23, of Port Royal, Pa., in Newport around 5:50 p.m. June 21. During the stop, police found stolen scrap metal in the trunk of the vehicle, police said. — Manuel Contreras Ortiz, 36, of Mifflintown, was with Lindemuth at the time and police said he gave them a false identification.
