U.S. Border Patrol agents Thursday on Interstate 89 arrested four people from Jamaica suspected of violating immigration laws. — Vermont State Police received a call at about 9:20 p.m. that a car was traveling 15-25 mph northbound on the interstate, and at one point came to an abrupt stop in the left lane on the Winooski bridge. — An off-duty Colchester police officer located and followed the car until a Milton police cruiser joined in the pursuit and stopped the car north of Exit 17.
