Columbus, Ohio — An Ohio court set free an illegal [alien] charged with aggravated murder due to errors in administering the man’s Miranda rights, court records show. — Antonio M. Martinez-Nunez, 31, of Mexico was questioned by Reynoldsburg police by phone after he was apprehended in Texas trying to re-enter the country in February 2010.   1. Why do we mirandize CRIMINAL ALIEN INVADERS anyway? They are entitled to NO rights except the right to be prosecuted and shipped the hell back to wherever they came from! They are criminal invaders for goodness sake!
