A Gurnee man was charged with resisting arrest and domestic battery after allegedly violating an order of protection and locking his estranged girlfriend out of her home, according to police. — The girlfriend was left standing outside in her bathrobe after Antonio Toledo, 37, allegedly argued with her, said Gurnee Police Cmdr. Jay Patrick. The woman called police from a cell phone in her bathrobe pocket. — The woman had gotten off work and come home to the 5100 block of Portage Lane at about 10 p.m. on June 1, after picking up her children, Patrick said.
